Yesterday, we separated into two different groups. One group followed Mr. Vi to hike in the Golden Gate Park, while the other group followed Ms. Kirk to bike through the park. A lot of people went biking and only 7 went hiking and I was one of them. I was one of the students that went on the hike with Mr. Vi and the only student who speaks Chinese. At first, I felt lonely. I tried to encourge myself to talk with other students but as shy as I am, it was difficult. We were so lucky because Mr. Vi brought us to Burger King for lunch. I was so happy that if that was a nightmare, I would still smile in it. Everything went very well for our group. We ate together, talked together and we talked about our summer plans. We knew each other deeply, for example Juan will get a job in the summer and he porbably change school next year. During hiking time, we took a lot pictures of group. I didn't feel tired about walking 4 miles. I was happy about this trip.
